Looking for the best licensed moneylender in Singapore? Compare the offers you can qualify for before choosing. Our shortlist covers EZ Loan, Best Licensed Moneylender, Singa Credit, Credit Xtra and Sincere Moneylender, with monthly rate references from 0.82% to 3.92%.
PickMeALoan helps you compare available offers from participating lenders. A loan disbursed through PMAL may qualify for cashback of 1% of the loan amount or S$50, whichever is higher, subject to the applicable reward terms.

We have ordered these five selected partners by the rate references below. This is not a whole-market ranking or a claim that they are Singapore’s five cheapest lenders. PickMeALoan is the comparison platform, not the lender. We earn referral commissions from lenders, so this is our own partner shortlist rather than an independent review. Read how PickMeALoan works for more about the comparison process.

3.92%All figures are monthly references, not annual rates. None is a guaranteed personal offer. The source type is shown beside each figure because a lender advertisement, a PMAL directory display and a PMAL-supplied reference are different kinds of evidence.
EZ Loan and Best advertise their starting rates on their own websites. Singa Credit and Credit Xtra’s figures are PMAL directory displays checked on 15 October 2026. Sincere’s 3.92% is a PMAL-supplied reference for this comparison. All rates are monthly, not annual, and none is a guaranteed personal offer.
Compare fees, repayment dates, the net amount you receive and the total payable amount. A lower starting rate alone does not tell you which offer costs less.
The timing descriptions come from the lenders, not independent tests. They also start at different points: time after approval or signing is not total time from application. The lenders’ direct processes are separate from PMAL’s automated assessment, so this article does not rank them by speed.
These figures are not all lender-wide minimums. Singa’s homepage also promotes a 1% loan programme, while Sincere describes a 1% to 4% monthly range depending on loan type. Those statements do not establish the terms available through PMAL or to your profile. Compare actual offers rather than treating different published figures as equivalent quotes.
All five companies appear in the Ministry of Law’s licensed-moneylender list dated 1 October 2026. Check the current register and official contact details before proceeding.
1. EZ Loan: check the lower starting rate
EZ Loan advertises rates from 0.82% per month for eligible applicants, the lowest starting figure used here. Read our EZ Loan review for the lender-specific page.
If rate is your priority, check whether EZ Loan can offer to your profile. Compare the actual rate, fees and repayments in your offer, and confirm the next available appointment. The starting rate may not apply to you.
EZ Loan says some approved loans may be disbursed the same day, subject to assessment, documents, face-to-face identity verification and signing. Allow time for those steps.
2. Best Licensed Moneylender: compare another lower-rate option
Best advertises rates from 1.01% per month for eligible applicants. You can also read our Best Licensed Moneylender review.
Compare an available offer from Best with EZ Loan using the same amount and repayment period. Best’s homepage reproduces MoneySmart listing figures that include a 10% processing fee. The page identifies these as listing information, not a personal quote, so confirm the fee in your own offer.
Best separately describes disbursement as typically under 10 minutes after approval. That clock starts after approval, not when you apply. Assessment, in-person verification and signed terms still come first, and timing is not guaranteed.
3. Singa Credit: check the terms available to you
PMAL’s directory displays Singa Credit from 2.00% per month. Read our Singa Credit review for the lender-specific page.
Singa advertises same-day cash, but its homepage gives different timing claims for different products and parts of the process. Ask which applies to your application.
Compare its actual rate, fees and repayment period with your other available offers. The directory figure does not establish your eligibility.
4. Credit Xtra: include fees in the comparison
PMAL’s directory lists Credit Xtra from 3.00% per month. Read our Credit Xtra review for the lender-specific page.
Credit Xtra’s homepage states an upfront processing fee of 10% of the loan amount. Confirm your fee and compare both the amount you receive and the total repayment.
The lender describes disbursement upon signing the agreement, after its visit, verification and contracting steps. Ask how long those earlier steps will take. A quick initial response is not, by itself, a reason to accept a higher cost.
5. Sincere Moneylender: check another option for your profile
PMAL has supplied a 3.92% monthly reference rate for Sincere Moneylender in this comparison.
We include Sincere as another lender to check if lower-rate options cannot offer to your profile. That does not promise approval or mean 3.92% is Sincere’s lowest rate or every applicant’s rate. Review the terms available to you and the full repayment cost.
Sincere advertises cash within one day for its direct online route. It also says an adviser will contact online applicants within one business day. These are different stages, so confirm the required steps and funding time for your application rather than treating either statement as a guaranteed timeline.
You do not have to take an offer that does not fit your budget.
Why compare through PickMeALoan?
Price: check the partner offers before committing
We keep operating and acquisition costs lean so our aligned lender partners have more room to compete on rates and terms. Check the offers available through PMAL before choosing a lender.
Compare the actual interest, fees, repayment period and total amount payable. The lowest advertised figure may not be available to every borrower.
Speed: see the available in-principle offers together
PMAL describes its automated assessment as able to return in-principle offers within 60 seconds for eligible, complete applications with integrated participating lenders. This is our stated capability, not an independently measured turnaround guarantee. PMAL presents the available offers from those lenders together once the assessment is complete.
This capability does not necessarily cover all five lenders here. Your available offer set depends on the integrated lenders and your eligibility at the time. The 60-second proposition concerns automated in-principle assessment, not final approval or money reaching your account.
Keep the stages separate
From assessment to disbursement
Automated in-principle assessment
PMAL describes this as able to return in-principle offers within 60 seconds for eligible, complete applications with integrated participating lenders. This is a stated capability, not an independently measured turnaround guarantee.
Final lender approval
The lender completes verification and confirms the terms. An in-principle offer is not final approval.
Disbursement
The lender releases funds after completing its process. Signing, checks, appointments and lender timing still apply.
Ask about final approval and disbursement if you need the loan by a particular time. We have not ranked these five lenders by funding speed.
Always-on access: begin when it suits you
You can start PMAL’s automated assessment at any time, including outside office hours. If you choose an offer, PMAL can help arrange an available in-person lender appointment.
Lender opening hours, appointment slots and disbursement times still apply. Access to PMAL around the clock does not mean lenders approve or pay out loans around the clock.
How does PMAL cashback work?
Reward terms
Cashback is tied to a funded loan
A loan disbursed through PickMeALoan may qualify, subject to the applicable reward terms.
An application alone may not qualify. Check the requirements, calculation basis, claim process and payout terms before proceeding. Cashback is separate from interest and fees and does not reduce a monthly rate by one percentage point.
Even if you already have a participating lender in mind, check whether applying through PMAL qualifies your loan for the benefit. Check the requirements, calculation basis, claim process and payout terms before proceeding. An application alone may not qualify, and you should not assume a loan arranged outside PMAL is eligible.
Cashback is separate from interest and fees. It does not reduce a monthly rate by one percentage point. Compare the full loan cost first, then consider eligible cashback.
If a bank has rejected your application, read our guide to your options after a bank rejection. Another application does not guarantee approval.
What should you check before choosing?
Ask the same questions about every available offer:
- What is my actual monthly interest rate?
- What fees apply, and how much will I receive after deductions?
- What are the repayment dates, instalments and total amount payable?
- What checks remain before final approval?
- When can the lender complete the process and release funds?
- Does the loan qualify for PMAL cashback, and how do I claim it?
Start with the amount you need and repayments you can afford. A larger offer or faster response does not make a loan more suitable.

Sources and comparison method
Updated by PickMeALoan on 15 October 2026. This is a selection of five participating lenders, ordered by the monthly rate references shown, not an independent whole-market ranking. Public lender claims and PMAL directory displays were checked on that date. Sincere’s 3.92% reference was supplied by PMAL for this comparison. Timing statements are lender descriptions, not timed tests. For other lenders, see our licensed-moneylender directory.
