EZ Loan is a licensed lender in Singapore holding licence 19/2026, issued by the Ministry of Law. They operate two branches in central Singapore and offer 16+ loan types, from personal and business loans to debt consolidation and foreigner loans. PickMeALoan has vetted EZ Loan and endorsed them as an aligned lender partner.
Most licensed lenders in Singapore do three or four things. Personal loans, payday loans, maybe a foreigner loan product. You go in with one need, and they either serve it or they don’t.
EZ Loan does something different. They offer 16+ loan types, which is the widest product range we’ve seen among Singapore’s licensed lenders. That breadth caught our attention when we were vetting potential partners, because it means more of our borrowers get matched to a product that actually fits their situation rather than a generic personal loan forced into the wrong shape.
Today we’re welcoming EZ Loan Pte. Ltd. as a PickMeALoan aligned lender partner. Their licence (19/2026) has been verified against the Ministry of Law’s register, their borrower track record reviewed, and they’re now fully integrated into our AI-managed matching system.
Here’s what that means for you, and why we chose them.
What is an aligned lender partner?
An aligned partner is a licensed lender PickMeALoan has vetted — licence verified, track record and borrower experience reviewed — that shares our borrower-first standard: transparent terms, no hidden fees, and competitive rates within the MinLaw-regulated cap. Because PickMeALoan runs lean on AI, we don’t load costs onto our partners, so borrowers aren’t squeezed either.
Not every licensed lender qualifies. We look at the licence (is it current and verifiable?), borrower reviews (what do people actually say after borrowing?), product range (can they serve a variety of needs?), and operational standards (are terms explained clearly before signing?). EZ Loan passed on all four.
Why EZ Loan? The licensed lender that does the most
16+ loan types, and it shows
When we say 16+ loan types, we’re not inflating the count. Here’s the full range, grouped by what borrowers actually need them for.

Everyday and urgent needs. Personal loans cover general expenses. Payday loans are short-term salary advances when you need cash before your next pay cycle. Emergency loans handle genuinely urgent situations. Small cash loans are for lower amounts when a full personal loan isn’t necessary.
Business and investment. Business term loans provide working capital for companies that need financing faster than a bank can process. Small business loans serve smaller enterprises. Investment loans cover capital for investment purposes. This range is unusual for a licensed lender: most send business borrowers elsewhere.
Life events. Renovation loans for home improvement. Wedding loans for marriage expenses. Education loans for study costs. Medical loans for healthcare. Vacation loans for travel. Legal loans for legal fees and proceedings. Each is a distinct product, not a personal loan with a different label.
Debt management. Debt consolidation combines multiple debts into a single repayment. Credit card consolidation is specifically for consolidating credit card balances, a product most licensed lenders don’t offer separately.
Foreigner loans. EZ Loan has a dedicated product for Employment Pass, S Pass, and Work Permit holders. Borrowing limits for foreigners follow Ministry of Law regulations: $500 for annual income under $10,000, $3,000 for income between $10,000 and $19,999, and up to six times monthly income for those earning $20,000 or above. If you’re a foreigner exploring your options, our foreigner personal loans guide covers the full picture across banks and licensed lenders.
Why does this breadth matter? Because a borrower who needs a legal loan shouldn’t have to take a generic personal loan and hope the terms fit. A small business owner shouldn’t have to approach a bank that’ll take weeks to decide. The right product structure changes the terms.
Fast, and borrowers confirm it
Speed is easy to claim. EZ Loan states 20-minute approvals with 30-minute disbursement, and their borrowers back it up. Across EZ Loan’s 114 most recent Google reviews, about 28% call out speed specifically, using words like “quick and easy”, “smooth”, and “efficient.” For borrowers who’ve sat through hour-long waits at other offices, the difference is noticeable.
Terms explained before you sign
The second thing borrowers consistently raise is transparency. Of the same 114 recent reviews, about 20% mention that EZ Loan’s team explains terms clearly before signing, with no hidden fees. “Explained everything clearly” comes up repeatedly, alongside reviewers noting they felt informed before committing. That’s a basic expectation, but it shows up in reviews because not every lender delivers on it.
Easy to deal with, and borrowers say so
Beyond speed and transparency, about 25% of those 114 recent reviews describe the process as easy and straightforward. “Simple”, “hassle-free”, and “smooth” come up alongside the speed mentions, but they’re making a different point: the process itself isn’t complicated. Borrowers mention that the paperwork is manageable, the steps are clear, and there’s no runaround. A steady number are repeat borrowers who’ve come back for a second loan. Those patterns, across 683 Google reviews with a 5.0-star rating, tell us more than any marketing claim.
Two branches, both central
EZ Loan operates two branches in central Singapore, each serving a different area.
Beach Road (3 Beach Rd, #01-4853, Beach Road Gardens, Singapore 190003) is near Nicoll Highway MRT. Ground-floor walk-in, accessible from the Bugis and Beach Road area.
Marina Square (6 Raffles Blvd, #03-308, Singapore 039594) is near Esplanade and Promenade MRT stations. This branch is inside a JustCo co-working space on the third floor.
Both branches are open Monday to Saturday, 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and closed on Sundays and public holidays.
How our lean model benefits borrowers
PickMeALoan runs on AI, not a human sales floor. That lean cost base means we don’t load heavy costs onto our lenders — and lenders who aren’t squeezed don’t need to pass costs on to borrowers. We don’t squeeze lenders; lenders don’t squeeze borrowers. The result: borrowers can access more competitive rates within the regulated cap.
The Ministry of Law caps licensed lender rates at 4% per month. That’s the ceiling. Your actual rate depends on your income, loan amount, and credit profile. When you compare rates across all our partners, you see how different lenders price the same loan, and you pick the offer that works for you.
